Course Description

BIOL 2404. FOUNDATIONS OF ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY (3-3-4)

One-semester course of human structure and function (lecture and laboratory). Study of the structure and function of human anatomy, including the neuroendocrine, integumentary, musculoskeletal, digestive, urinary, reproductive and circulatory systems. Content may be either intergrated or specialized. This course is designed for students pursuing degrees and careers in Health Information Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Assisting, and Pre-Medical Technology. BIOL 2404 is not a substitute for BIOL 2401 or BIOL 2402. Students should consult with an academic advisor to determine the appropriate Anatomy and Physiology course.
